You need to concentrate for just 30 minutes and you can set up your WordPress blog easily. I too started my WordPress blog years ago without having enough technical knowledge and I was just like you when I published my first post. However, there are multiple blogging platforms, but WordPress powers most of the blogs and websites today.
There are numerous plugins, themes, and solutions for WordPress available today. So, you have chosen the correct platform.

Requirements of WordPress blog

Before we begin, I want to list the primary things that you require to set up your website.
1. A good domain name (your blog name)
2. A reliable hosting plan (Your website’s storage)
3. Start building your WordPress blog ( You are already here)
Read all about requirement # 1? Cool! Then you might have already decided about what blog name you want to choose. A domain usually costs from $10 to $15 per year and it is a recurring cost. That means, you need to renew your domain every year or you can purchase multiple year’s plans now itself.

Step 1. Purchases

Go to Bluehost website and click on Get Started Now [The green button]

On the new window, select the plans that you wish to choose. If you know about bandwidth and monthly traffic estimation, then choose according to your needs. If you are not sure which one to choose for your blog, then this post can help you decide the right Bluehost hosting plan.
In my opinion, the Plus plan will be the right option and is popular. If you are expecting high traffic, more functionality and your objective are to host maximum domains, go for the Choice Plus plan.
After you have selected your plan, then in the next tab enter the name of your desired domain name. If you have already purchased, enter the domain name.
Then click next. After that, you need to sign up for purchase and provide your billing information. You can also sign up using your Google account. Provide your account information, package information, extras, and payment information.
In the bottom, fill up your payment information, agree on the terms and conditions and click on the Green ‘Submit’ button.
When you have completed, you will receive an email with additional details on how to login to your control panel. From this Cpanel, you manage everything from support, emails, and other things. Now you are ready to install WordPress.

Step 2. WordPress installation

Bluehost is easy to create a WordPress blog. You only need to choose a password for your blog and Bluehost will automatically install WordPress for you.
If you are not sure of anything, then you can open the live chat and get technical support from Bluehost ‘s technical support.
Create a strong password and agree to the terms and conditions. Then click next.
Congratulations, you have successfully created a password. Now you can log in into your account to choose the theme for your WordPress blog.
Choose any theme you like. You can change your theme later if you don’t like it. For the time being, select anyone for the setup.
All set, now you can start building your WordPress blog, add posts, pages, images, change themes and install plugins.

Your website now displays a ‘coming soon’ page. So, you need to launch your site and customize it your way to reveal your own pages and posts.
When you log in to your Bluehost account and access your control panel, it looks like this. You can log in to your WordPress account through here.
If you need to access your WordPress admin login page directly, you need to browse for [] your site name in ‘example‘. in your browser address bar.
Go through it and enter your login username and password to access your WordPress dashboard. This is the place where you can manage and customize your blog’s appearance and start blogging.
